Our Process
Viscosity controlled rubber from Malaysia helps account for our high consistency.
Malaysian rubber is mixed with a number of other high quality ingredients.
The uncured rubber is passed through a three roll calender to achieve controlled thickness and apply plastic liners.
The finished mill roll is then sent to the die cutting department to be cut into strips or pre-cuts and packaged.
